MOBILE HOME PROPERTY MANAGERS NEEDED

Immediate opening for a MOTIVATED COUPLE to manage a large mobile home community In Georgia.  

Job Description:

• Manage a mobile home park with 200+ units
• Collect rent, handle evictions, and enforce park rules
• Keep accurate books using Accounting software
• Manage upkeep of park ammenities, grounds, and park owned facilities
• Sell park owned homes - Will be paid commissions
• Manage plan and budget the refurbishing of park owned homes

Job Requirements:

• Must have mobile home park management experience in both office and outside maintenance including refurbishing park owned homes
• Marketing and sales experience is a plus
• Willing to live on site - subsidized rent and home provided
• Must have a valid drivers licence and agree to a full background check and present references in order to apply
