Looking for a motivated, friendly management team for our well maintained and desired 111 space All-Age Mobile Home Community in Yucaipa, CA. Our current management team is retiring after 25 years.
Duties include:
Office: Rent Collection, Computer and smart phone skills, bookkeeping knowledge, public relations, resident files, serving legal notices and other misc. office skills.
Maintenance: Pool maintenance, minor electrical, some plumbing,cleaning, common areas, painting, meter reading, etc.
Applicants must have previous management experience and the desire to work together. Applicants also must be willing to work closely with the Park Owners and Assistant Manager.
TENANT RELATION SKILLS AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE A MUST.
Position available July 1, 2019 with training mid-June.
