FEATURED JOB OPENING: Mobile Home Community District Manager position and Maintenance Couple needed - Fairfield, IA

 We recently purchased three mobile home communities in Iowa and are under contract for an additional one currently.

I am looking for an experienced mobile home community manager that is ready to take on a District Manager role. This person would be responsible as a DM for four mobile home parks in Iowa and also act as acting manager. Once the communities are full, the DM would over see on site manager at the various parks.

This position includes housing on site in Fairfield Iowa community, base salary and commissions and bonuses. This park is a very large infill project so someone familiar with both used and new mobile home set up would be very beneficial.

The second position would be full time maintenance for the Fairfield Iowa community and also as needed at the other communities.
