2-person Property Manager Team  for established mini storage in the Portland area. Can you wear a lot of hats?  Do you like helping people?  Enjoy working unsupervised?  Do you like working together and sharing responsibilities?  Can you work weekends? Do you like to provide excellent customer service, while still following company policy?  Do you have good computer and phone skills?  Do you like sales? Can you take charge of the office and detailed paperwork?  Do you like “fixing things?”  Do you work clean and like a neat and organized shop?  Do you enjoy the variety of finding solutions to maintenance projects?  Can you both pass a background check?  Do you have a valid driver’s license?  Do you have your own reliable transportation and tools?

This position is full time, permanent, 40 hours per week for each person.
