FEATURED JOB OPENING: MINI STORAGE MANAGEMENT TEAM - LAS VEGAS, NV

Work hours are full time 4 - 10 hour shifts or as needed.  Individuals that will be considered must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives at hand. 

It is expected that one member of the team will conduct an hourly inspection of the property.  Meanwhile, the other team member will be answering the phone and assisting "walk-in" traffic. Thus, emotional maturity, being organized, efficient, diplomatic, being able to deal with a diverse population in a fair and ethical manner are absolutely necessary. Other office duties include, but are not limited to, completing rental applications; collect and post rent payments to the appropriate tenant ledgers.  Basic computer skills are necessary to operate our computerized office system.  Most of the activity of this nature occurs the last few days of each month and first 5 days of the following month.  The rest of the month will be focused on other notices for items such as "compliance issues" (late rent payment, inferior locks, etc.).  Follow-up to these notices is a BIG factor in having tenants comply and be happy at the same time. Be responsible for petty cash, bank deposits, rental agreements, etc.  Knowledge of the local laws governing self storage facilities and the rules established at our facility are important. Off-site Corporate Management assists with these as well as working with attorneys if need be.

Maintenance is important and the person we consider will need a working understanding of electrical, plumbing, and basic maintenance.  Attend meetings to keep current on up-dates and to enhance one's own job performance.

This 1000+ space mini storage facility located in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Qualified candidates must pass a background check which includes, but not limited to, credit, criminal, and mandatory drug testing.

Compensation: Apartment, Utilities, Commissions and $2,000+ salary each per mo.
