Midvale Park RV & Self Storage is seeking an Management Teaml to fill the position of Self Storage Management postion in Tucson, AZ. We have an immediate need for a Self Storage Managers with 2+ years of storage/retail experience who possess excellent customer service and communication skills to join our dynamic team. You will receive the training needed to excel in one of the fastest growing industries.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Asset management with emphasis on maximizing storage center revenue
• Tenant collection management
• Light maintenance and cleaning of storage center
• Building and developing community marketing programs
• Perform monthly competition shopping and pricing analysis
• Increasing occupancy % by setting and achieving monthly goals
• Administrative management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in self storage is helpful, but not required.
• Persuasive, out-going and sales oriented
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• Computer knowledge and proficiency
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• U-Haul Truck experience helpful

Hours:Tuesday – Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Sunday & Monday OFF

Compensation:Hourly rate + Monthly discretionary bonus potential with revenue, rental trucks & merchandise.
