FEATURED JOB OPENING: Mechanically Inclined Couple - Houston, TX

Our company has been in business since 2008. It has a great future and has proved itself to be very resilient against economical down turn. We are currently located close to Sugarland on the border of Stafford and Houston Texas, but are considering relocating the business to the League City area.

We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, technical/mechanical inclined, financially sound mature team with a proven background of working together to run the day to day operations of our business as well as expanding it. For the right team we will offer training, a fair compensation, participation in a healthcare program,  as well as future incentives which might include a pathway to ownership.

Job Description:

·        Run the day to day operations of the company.

·        Market and expand the company through normal avenues to include all aspects of social media

·        Focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

·        General Safety and Good Housekeeping of the workplace

·        Bookkeeping, accounting and compliance to the legal aspects of the company (IE Sales Taxes, Employee taxes etc. etc.)

·        Cleaning and testing a specific component in the automotive, motorcycle, marine and industry related gasoline based engines.

·        Repairing and service of High Pressure fuel pumps.

·        Cleaning and testing some diesel based components.

·        Perform with absolute detail and a very high level of accuracy the same task repetitively.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Help customers diagnose and resolve problems via phone support.

Qualifications:

·        Entrepreneurial mind-set

·        2 – 5 years of mid-level management.

·        Fast learner.

·        Good English skills with Spanish a plus

·        Technical / mechanically inclined with a huge plus for understanding how fuel injected engines workor willing to learn.

·        Although not a must experience in late model gasoline based engines , especially in electronic diagnostics will be a huge plus

·        Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting practises

·        Marketing Skills and a comprehensive understanding of social media marketing or the willingness to master those skills

·        Good basic math skills

Additional Information:

Depending on experiance a starting salary of $60 000.00 - $80 000.00 per years combined is offered.
