MARINA MANAGEMENT COMPANY SEEKS FULL-TIME MARINA MANAGEMENT COUPLE!!!

The management couple shall oversee all operations of the marina.

High-level, take-charge management team responsible for overall marina operations, including formulating annual operating and marketing budgets, recruitment and supervision of employees, creating and implementing preventive maintenance program for infrastructure / equipment and comprehensive risk management program, managing boats / vessel scheduling, slip leasing and collections.  Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required for interaction with management company, corporate clients, marina tenants, vendors, potential customers and the business community. Highly computer literate (WORD, Excel, Adobe Acrobat), general understanding of financing, bookkeeping, marketing and human resources.  Responsible for maintaining quality of all facilities and grounds.  Qualifications: Minimum of five years of self storage or marina management experience.  Boating and / or marine-related experience is preferred.  Bachelor's degree or equivalent in-field experience.  Position is full-time with evenings and weekends as needed.  Must be willing to relocate.  Salary plus bonus, dental, life, health, and housing allowance.
