FEATURED JOB OPENING: Manufactured Home Park Maintenance & Community Manager Team - Eugene, OR

We're looking to hire an Onsite Property Maintenance Manager or Management Team for an All-Age Manufactured Home Community in the Eugene, Oregon, area.

Your weekly and bi-weekly duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Walking the property and picking up any trash
* Monitoring the community parking, guest parking permits, and resident parking tags and ensuring streets are clear of parked vehicles
* In the Summer - Test and maintain a community swimming pool (we will train)
* Blow leaves and perform primary grounds and landscaping tasks.
* Issue compliance notices & change of rent notices as supplied by management
* Possible night or weekend hours are needed on rare occasions if a project or a community emergency occurs
* Ability to oversee lease signings, scan/email docs, and send signed copies to management
* As needed, manage maintenance requests: Disperse work orders, follow up, and complete maintenance accounting
* More as the position grows

Qualifications

* Some computer literacy is necessary, including working knowledge of Office 365 and becoming proficient with our property management software.
* Have the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life. This job requires solid verbal skills and the ability to listen and understand.
* Must possess strong attention to detail
* Reliable and Dependable
* Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
* Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to be optimistic under all circumstances
* Participate in training to comply with new or existing landlord-tenant and manufactured home community laws
