An Owner Operator of Manufactured Home Communities is seeking an experienced property management team to manage the day to day Operations / Sales & Leasing of our 200+ site community located Grand Forks, ND. Sign on Bonus, Base Salary, Commissions, quarterly & annual bonuses, onsite housing & utilities provided and much more.
Responsibilities are:
Resident Relations
- Daily Office Duties
- Resident Relations
- Hands on Property / Grounds Maintenance & Service Calls.
- Sales and Leasing of new and used manufactured homes
- All Aspects of Rent collection including but not limited to, phones calls, mailings, eviction process
- Obtain & negotiate contracts for home repairs and community expense
- Other duties and projects are assigned
Requirements are:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years property management
- Excellent communications skills
- Sufficient letter writing skills
- Prior sales and leasing experience Preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws regarding fair housing and employment
- Computer proficiency, including the Internet and Microsoft Office; experience using Rent Manager preferred
- Flexibility to respond to community needs during non-business hours
- Ability to live on-site within the community
Compensation / Full benefit packages for qualied applicants:
