Seeking a Manufactured Home Community On-site Resident Management Husband and Wife team for beautiful 55+ senior community located in Sebring Florida.  Salary (negotiable) plus sales commissions and quarterly bonus incentives.  Housing and utilities will also be included.

Skills/Qualifications:

VERY STABLE WORK HISTORY REQUIRED.  Please include dates of previous work history on your resume'.  Customer service, motivation for sales, office and computer skills, immaculate and detailed maintenance and upkeep skills.  Prior rental property experience is a plus.
