FEATURED JOB OPENING: Manager Couple Seasonal RV Park - Mission, TX

RIO GRANDE VALLEY – MANAGER COUPLE

A “C” location park located in Mission, Texas is seeking to fill a Manager Couple position to help facilitate the daily operations of a 250 space RV and Mobile Home Park. This is an immediate hire for an on-site, experienced, self-motivated couple year-round. 

Description of Park:  55 or older residents/guests, seasonal RV and Mobile Homes, not fully gated, on water and sewer with rentals.    

Office duties year-round require an individual who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills that can problem solve.  Duties include but are not limited to:  computer knowledge of Word and Campground Master, bookkeeping, cutting checks for monthly bills with authorization from corporate office, accepting/making reservations, greeting guests, receiving rents & providing receipts, faxing, mail delivery to tenant mail-slots, meter reading, and communication with corporate office which is out of state.  Outdoor duties year-round require an individual who will be hands on, physically fit, and capable to handle daily property upkeep/maintenance, lawn care (mowing and trimming), as well as the general upkeep (carpentry) of rentals located on the property. Individual must have experience in pool and spa care and must be proficient with aspects of plumbing in order to repair leaks

Seasonal duties ( October – April ) Couple will be responsible for the above job description as well as supervising and scheduling work duties for workcampers and cleaning couple on site as you will have temporary help. 

In the Off Season ( May – Sept ), the couple will be required to perform duties with no workcampers. 

Couple is REQUIRED to have prior RV/MH management experience as a background check and references will be reviewed.  MEDICAL CLEARANCE will need to be PROVIDED upon hire.

Compensation:     $36,000.00 gross salary yearly as well as free site rent, electric, cell phone, and cable TV
