The successful candidates will possess a working knowledge of and experience with mobile home community management, computer and office administrative duties including rent collection and deposits, the ability to communicate effectively with the trades (electrical, plumbing, etc.), perform maintenance and light, non-technical repairs. Also essential for the successful candidate(s) are superior communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with tenants in a friendly, helpful manner.
