An upscale storage facility in Richmond, California is looking for an experienced management team to live on site and manage the day to day operations of the facility. The ideal candidates should have previous storage facility experience as well as management experience.
Some of the duties include but not limited to are: Cleaning and maintaining the facility, minor maintenance i.e. painting, changing lights etc., market and sell storage units, rent collections, handling contracts and billings
Applicants should display good customer service skills and be comfortable interacting with the public. Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills is required.
