Onsite Management Team for Well-maintained 55+ Mobile Home Community in Central California. Seeking Full-Time Resident Managers to join our team. Candidates should be Hardworking, Honest and Organized. Team to run the day-to-day business activities of the park.
Office Manager to handle resident communications and rent collections. Office Manager to have good computer skills, a positive attitude and be detail oriented.
Maintenance Manager to be responsible for property maintenance and utilities. Maintenance manager must be handy and have basic plumbig skills.
Prior Mobilehome Park experience is not mandatory, training is available for qualified candidates. Bi-lingual is a plus, but not mandatory.
Salary will be based on experience and will include an attractive onsite 2 bedroom 2 bath home with garage, utilitiy and health insurance allowances, and benefits. Incentives for growth and additional compensation available.
