FEATURED JOB OPENING: Management Team (Couple) or Strong Individual Needed to Run Mega-Facility - Fontana/Rialto, CA

We are in the self-storage business and we own and manage our own properties.  We have experienced associates who staff our store and handle the greater part of the day-to-day business of providing the public with excellent customer service and support.  What we are looking for, though, is someone – an individual or a team/couple – who, first and foremost, understands sales and marketing.

We are not necessarily looking for people who have had prior experience in the storage business.  We are looking more for someone who knows how to reach our customer base, win their business, and deliver on our promise to provide excellent customer service.

We need someone who is outgoing, energetic, computer literate, and possesses excellent sales, marketing and leadership skills.  Phone sales play a huge role in the success of the property, so a candidate for this position should be very comfortable on the telephone and outgoing when dealing with our customers, and also skilled at training staff how to provide the best service possible.

Requirements:  7-10 years management experience preferred.  PC literate on a Windows platform. Candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a clean driving record; and good math, time management, and organization skills.

We offer onsite housing and will offer a profit sharing opportunity to the right person or team.
