FEATURED JOB OPENING: Management Couple for Mobile Home Community Needed - Apache Junction, AZ

We are seeking a management couple for a 180 space, 55+, 4 star community in Apache Junction, AZ. 

Skills for office person would be rent collections, evictions, knowledge of MS Office and Excel, bank deposits, good customer relations and general office knowledge. 

Maintenance person would need to have knowledge of pool/spa maintenace, light plumbing and electric, groundskeeping and landscaping and Clubhouse maintenance. 

Salary depends on experience, $2800-$3500 with hours M-F, 30 hrs/wk, typically 9-4 with an hour for lunch.  Also includes a double wide home and utilities.  Please send pictures and resume
