FEATURED JOB OPENING: Management Couple - Casa Grande, AZ

Experienced couple to manage a 55+ park.  Previous management experience with CalAm, Encore, Sun Communities, KOA or any other large national company is a plus.  You must present a professional appearance at all times, very “customer service” oriented, supervise and train staff, willing to help “grow” the Community to its maximum potential. 

OFFICE SKILLS REQUIRED: Pleasant and smiling telephone voice, experienced with a computerized reservation system, proficient in Office, Word, Excel.   Must perform all office duties associated with a community. 

MAINTENANCE SKILLS REQUIRED:  Must have basic electrical and plumbing experience, experience maintaining a swimming pool and hot tub, landscaping experience to maintain the property to meet the expectations of the tenants and owner. 

This is a year-round position with compensation of housing (if needed), FHU site, WIFI, TV and salary based on experience.
