The Opportunity:

Management and Sales Team!

A unique opportunity for a couple awaits at a high-end self-storage facility! Work side by side in complementary roles overseeing operations and delivering top-notch customer service. The selected team will enjoy a modern, rent-free 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with laundry facilities and a private patio—combining career growth with a comfortable lifestyle.

Our client also provides the following:

• Work-life balance: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (up to two per month). When a Saturday is worked, Monday is typically taken off to ensure a full two-day weekend.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales skills are required: Whether both of you excel in sales, or one has a strong track record, we’re looking for teams with demonstrated success in retail, real estate, leasing, or related fields.
• Customer-focused team: Both team members must be friendly, outgoing, and personable. The role requires in-person interaction with customers, strong listening skills, and full engagement. Exceptional customer service is essential.
• Computer Skills: One or both team members should be proficient in MS Office with both having basic computer skills.
• Business-minded professionals: Bring your experience managing or owning a business to this role, where you’ll have autonomy overseeing and operating this exceptional property.
• Must be willing to “roll up your sleeves”: Maintenance and landscaping are outsourced, but the team is responsible for keeping the property clean and may perform light, occasional maintenance duties.

*It is preferred that interested couples, do not have self-storage experience.  Training is provided.
