Looking for experienced caretaker/estate manager/couple team for our estate. Live in situation with separate apartment. This is our second home.

Including but not limited to cooking, caring for your furniture, shopping, serving meals, vehicle maintenance, and ground and pool maintenance. The team will keep property in pristine condition, experience with state-of-the-art security, audio, lighting, etc...
Manage and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and vendors/service providers if needed. 
Hands-on housekeeping 
Menu planning, shopping, preparing, and serving formal and informal meals
Laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, dry cleaning inventory etc...
Coordinate all entertaining and guest needs; greet and assist guests
Vehicle maintenance, chauffeur, and transportation
Coordinate and monitor vendors
Grocery shopping, household errands, personal shopping
Assist with entertaining, special events, etc...
Basic computer/email skills
Coordinate with owner, architect, and contractor on all construction projects
Negotiate contracts, invoicing
Grounds maintenance: landscaping, gardening, lawn and tree care
Basic handyman skills to maintain all structures on the property
Large and small equipment maintenance
Spa and pool maintenance
Inventory of all household items
Act as chauffeur and drive children if needed
Pet care
