FEATURED JOB OPENING: Live-In Housekeeper and Cook and/or House Manager Couple - Edwards, CO

An individual or couple is needed to live and work year-round for a professional couple (full-time residents) to provide domestic service including cooking, cleaning, gardening, and a security presence on their agricultural ranch. If a couple, responsibilies also include providing high-end property management and maintenance. 

Candidate(s) must be service-oriented, a highly motivated and skilled individual(s), agreeable to direction, security conscious, and with the character and leadership abilities needed to maintain consistent high standards and a strong work ethic. Housekeeping, cooking, menu planning, and excellent communication skills are a must. Candidate(s) must be collaborative with the owners, and staff, flexible, and willing to respond to a variety of work as needed including, shopping, errands, dog care, and gardening. If applying as a couple, home maintenance and handyman skills are also required.

Background checks required. Must possess valid driver license and clean driving records. A physical check up may be requested after a job offer is made. Applicant(s) must be energetic and in excellent health to thrive at this high altitude location (8,700 ft). Also required: excellent references, good credit, and must sign a confidentiality agreement. Non-smokers only, no problem drinkers, no drug use, no exceptions. No children in residence. 

Prior experience in building, property management, personal service, hospitality, housekeeping, and cooking are required, as well as an aptitude and interest in vegetable and flower gardening. Competency with computers and training in first aid and CPR would be a plus.

This is a full time position with mostly predictable hours, but on occasion the hours will change because of events at the house or travel. Benefits include 10 days Paid Time Off years 1-2 and eight (8) paid holidays.
