GAP Ministries is seeking mature, compassionate husband and wife teams with a heart for ministry. At GAP they will provide supervision, structure and assistance in meeting abused and neglected children’s physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs while modeling Christ and teaching them life skills. It is a wonderful ministry opportunity to invest in the lives of children and youth by serving foster children and youth in a group home in beautiful northwest Tucson, Arizona.

As a live-in parental guidance couple you will strive to provide a safe, Christ-centered temporary home for children in your care. You are part of a larger Christ-centered management team with high expectations for biblical character and values focused on creating and modeling these behaviors of love, hope and peace for the children and for all staff.

Full Time Benefits, valued at over $9,500 annually (first year), include: matching 401K (403b); employee no cost dental, life, medical, and vision insurance plans; and 17 days paid leave. (Multiple employee medical plans with or without dependent coverage are also available at additional cost.)

Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 annually per couple (I.E. $40,000 to $50,000 annually per person) based on a 50 to 65 hour work week. Plus $2,000 incentive bonus per full time couple.

Employment Type: Full Time (50 to 65 hours weekly) or Part Time (hours/schedule varies by couple)

Schedule: Four to five days per week for full time position and salary; part time position salary and schedule can vary. Full time position requires weekends with 3 or 2 days off earlier in the week.
