FEATURED JOB OPENING: Live In Estate Manager (or Couple) - The Plains, VA

Estate Manager for Private Family Farm in Fauquier County, Virginia( Salary Neg D.O.E)
We are seeking a full-time Estate/Property Manager for a private country home/farm (non-commercial) in The Plains, Fauquier County, Virginia (~1 hour outside of Washington, DC) to plan, organize, supervise and administer all household and estate maintenance and activities. The qualified person must be able to attract, retain, lead and manage a team responsible for the overall operations and maintenance of the main house as well as the surrounding property and facilities. The team may include farm hands, a gardener, housekeepers and/or caretakers. Knowledge of recreational horses is a plus.

The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role, respect family and guest privacy and take initiative and direction well. The Estate Manager will need to be able to provide high touch service to the Principal and family in an informal and relaxed setting. The Estate Manager could be provided a single-family accommodation located on the property, which would serve as his/her primary residence.
