FEATURED JOB OPENING: Live In Care Takers for Ranch - Whitmore, CA

Seeking Honest, Self-Motivated Responsible “COUPLE NEEDED” to manage daily operations of a Ranch in the Northern California, Shasta County (35Min drive from Redding Ca).    

Experience with generalized ranch and farm operations is necessary, including but not limited to:

·      Tractor, backhoe and mower work

·      Basic in ground irrigation systems

·      Chainsaw and tree cutting

·      Fencing and gate repair

·      Basic mechanical maintenance of farming equipment

·      ATV and UTV maintenance

·      Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing

·      Home maintenance and repair

·      Pool and hot tub maintenance and upkeep

·      Yard and landscaping maintenance

·      House Keeping

·      Basic handyman skills

Couple must have excellent health and a strong work ethic. Employer is offering a nice private home with basic utilities paid.  Monthly salary is determined by experience.  Applicants applying must be seeking a year long position.
