FEATURED JOB OPENING: JANITOR-ADMINISTRATOR COUPLE - Residential - St-Laurent, Quebec

MetCap Living Inc., real estate developer managing multiple residential complexes comprising 13,000 apartments, is currently seeking administrator couples for its 1528-unit residential project on 29.2 acres bordering Décarie, Ouimet, Crevier, Tassé, Deguire and Poirier at the heart of St. Laurent. Working in a team environment and as  a couple living on site, one will handle all administrative matters (tenant relations and follow-up, rent collection, etc.) and the other will perform janitorial functions (maintenance and minor repairs, housekeeping, etc.).

Requirements:Min. 3 years hands-on experience and bilingualism (English and French); third language and computer literacy - an asset.
