Coastal , Georgia. Couple caretakers. 2 permanent Full time positions

Live and work on an Island, off the grid living. Boat Handling skills a must. Handyman skills, Housekeeping, Grounds maintenance, Pool maintenance, Firewood gathering, chain saw use, wood splitting, hydraulic splitter, Painting, Completing large projects; i.e, water lines, dock maintenance. Very physical jobs.

Works well with others,Team players. Communication and social skills, dependable, flexible, adaptable, self starters, problem-solvers; willingness to learn new skills. Ability and willingness to help those for whom we work.

Periods of time when busy with guest preparations and interaction,then stretches without guests. Must be willing to have a flexible work schedule as this job is not always 9-5. Salaried positions.
