Innkeepers, live-in, for busy 10 room Carmel Cove Inn in the Deep Creek Lake resort area in Western Maryland. Couple must be energetic, enthusiastic, accountable, have excellent phone and email communication skills, accomplished culinary skills, and flawless attention to detail and customer service.Duties include ordering, preparation, service and cleanup of breakfast and hors d'oeuvres for up to 20 guests, Reservations, supervision of housekeeping, managing maintenance of large building and property, and professional hiring and supervision of staff. Long hours in summer, light duty in winter. Will train. Must have vehicle for occasional errands, mileage paid. Compensation includes Innkeeper's apartment with paid utilities, some meals, Salary $20,800, Tips $10,000+ depending on guest service. Fall 2012 start date. Must interview in person at the inn. Prefer nonsmoker. No pets.
