FEATURED JOB OPENING: Innkeeper Property Manager (Live On-Site) - Duck Creek Village, UT

If you're a couple experienced in managing properties, have always dreamed of living an outdoorsy lifestyle, love the Southern Utah wonders and pristine meadow views, then this may be the right position for you.  The Duck Creek Village Inn (small six rooms lodge motel with two adjacent cabins) is seeking for a full-time on-site living managers couple qualified to handle all operational aspects of the property.

Roles and responsabilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Providing a Harmonious Experience for All Guests

- Maintaining the Cleanliness and Organized Groundkeeping Condition of the Property on a Daily Basis

- Check In and Check Out of Guests, Anwering the Phone (Multiple Languages a Plus)

- Managing Reservations, Including Booking Software and Collecting Payments

- Housekeeping and Maintenance of the Inn Guest Rooms and Adjacent Cabins

- Handy Preffered for All Minor Repairs on Property

Compensation:

- Monthly Salary of $2000 Total

- Housing Provided: Fully Furnished Full Kitchen Two Bedroom Two Bath First Floor Condo (Approximately 1200 sq/ft)

- All Utilities are Included

Requirements:

- Start Date:  July 7th, 2021

- Matured Couple a Plus

- No Pets Allowed and No Smoking Inside the Living Quarters

- Background Check and Drug Test (Provided by Employers)

- Fluent with Computers and Editing Softwares

- Prior Business Experience in Motel, Hotel, Bed & Breakfast 

- Willingness to Work on Weekends and Holidays
