We are searching for a professional couple with outgoing personalities, friendly dispositions, exceptional guest relation skills, and the “gift to gab” to proactively co-manage all phases of daily operations at this three-cabin, five-room upscale Inn. The property is located in Wyoming with an anticipated re-open date of February 1, 2015.
The ideal couple will offer a combination of qualities and experience that complement one another. Enthusiasm, flexibility, sincerity, integrity, and a tendency toward taking initiative are minimum requirements. This is a hands-on, full charge position that requires the utmost attention to detail and self -motivation, as well as excellent communication skills and computer proficiency. Exceptional organization and time management skills, cooking and baking ability, computer knowledge, "handyman" skills, and the willingness to do what it takes to keep this Inn running smoothly are a must.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) breakfast preparation and service, guest and concierge services (before, during and after the stay), room/laundry/facility readiness, maintenance/repair (including hot tub), landscape upkeep, and supervising seasonal staff (housekeeper and relief innkeeper). Assisting with marketing, revenue management, and special project work is also expected.
Persons who are tobacco, alcohol, and drug-free may apply. Random and pre-employment drug screening will take place. Valid driver’s licenses and good driving records for both candidates are required. Candidates with college degrees are preferred. Compensation includes salary commensurate with experience, on-site housing, and possible performance bonus.
