Immediate year round opportunity (by Aug 10) in beautiful small town mid-coast Maine (along Penobscot Bay) calling dynamic couple to run very small 15 room (plus 2 retro campers) boutique inn/renovated motel with 5 star track record. Maine managers also run 3 residential properties at Acadia National Park/Bar Harbor Region (glamping RV on oceanfront, old captain's 4 BR house, and chic 1 BR Bar Harbor townhouse condo) with strong rentals VRBO/AirBB.

Strong marketing, admin, booking, computer and guest services skills needed for front plus housekeeeping/laundry, handy-man/light maintenance required. Small staff/seasonal part timer budget to help as needed.

Housing included in compensation package plus monthly stipend, flat 1% bonus at year end, discretionary bonus also paid after books close. Paid 4 weeks vacation time and down time/time off as may be arranged. If capable, many contracted handyman projects beyond regular duties will pay additional comp.

Part of small private hotel group with 5 years track record with other similar New England based resort properties. Covid compliant.
