Located in the spectacular lakes region of New Hampshire - the Anchorage at the Lake is a family-friendly and cozy vacation spot that offers an array of 32 cottages & house rentals. The Anchorage at the Lake offers unparalleled rustic charm, waterfront views, a wide range of recreational activities, and a multitude of unique attractions nearby. Best of all, it's located on beautiful Lake Winnisquam.We are searching for an hospitality couple to ensure a service level equal to the surroundings. The Innkeeper will have multiple responsibilities but will be focused on ensuring each guest's expectations are exceeded. Due to the intimate size of the facility, the position is "hands-on" and will have the benefit of being directly involved in providing the guest experience.

Responsibilities include: Guest check in / out, hiring and training a staff of 5, housekeeping duties ,able to meet company deadlines, computer knowledge to include Word, Excel, the internet and a property management system, Light repairs & preventative maintenance, coordinating major repairs, ground maintenance. If you have demonstrated success as a supervisor, are capable of managing multiple priorities, and possess the knowledge and skills to profitably lead a lodging operation through the business day, we'd like to hear from you!

This posting is a seasonal position beginning March 2012 and ending Mid- October. Salary range: $38,000-$45,000.  The position includes a manager's living quarters (seasonal or year-round )
