A year-round 16 unit Motel/Cottage Colony located in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire is looking for a full-time, live-in couple with management responsible for daily operations including: phone reservations, check-ins/outs, cleaning and lobby gift shop. Five room apartment, all housing expenses and modest salary. Non-smokers, no pets. Requirements: one year of management experience beneficial, excellent customer service skills, telephone and interpersonal, basic computer skills.

Responsibilities Include: 
*  Manage Daily Operations 

*  Manage Online Reservations system – ReZovations GT
*  Process Credit or Debit Card Transactions 
*  Manage small, onsite retail gift shop 
*  Balance Cash and Receipts 

*  Inventory Merchandise, Supplies, or Equipment
*  Perform Domestic and Cleaning Duties

*  Change and Clean Bed Linens
*  Operate Washing Machine and Dryer
