FEATURED JOB OPENING: Innkeeper Couple - Forest City, IA

Management and "nuts and bolts" hands-on work for Christian couple at a small hotel located on 17 wooded acres overlooking the Winnebago River and Bear Creek Golf Course.   Owner is a semi-retired pastor who needs to be away on weekends (he still leads Sunday services for a small congregation in Minnesota), and, he would like to free up more of his time for his efforts to build a biblical study library in Forest City, IA.

Forest City is a small town with small town values, strong churches, a wonderful public school system, a fine Christian academy, and a 4-year college.  There are many cultural and recreational activities in the area including fishing, hiking and cross-country skiing, concerts and sports activities.  We are only 2 1/2 hours from professional sporting and cultural events in Minneapolis.  

This two-person position involves front desk duties, management duties, repair, maintenance and lawn care.  A long-term partnership relationship with the owner is possible.  Salary is modest but an onsite apartment is provided with all utilities including cable TV and WiFi.
