FEATURED JOB OPENING: Innkeeper Couple - Colorado

Couple to operate small Colorado lodging property for absentee owner. Located in the mountains in a lesser known outdoor sports destination location offering year round activities. Starting salary $26,800 (for a couple). On site housing, telephone, cable TV, WIFI and utilities provided.Duties include front desk, cleaning, reservations, maintenance, repairs, guest services, errands, laundry, supervision of other employees, daily reporting functions, internet marketing.  Running this property is similar to running a busy B&B with the operator involved in all aspects of the operation. You will be responsible for hiring and supervising 2-3 other employees depending on the season. No food service. Hospitality experience required. Internet marketing experience a plus. Excellent references and background check required.  Must be self starters, healthy, and willing to run the property as though it were your own.
