Pearl Islands Panama: Innkeepers position start date April 1, 2013.

The Perla Real Inn (8 rooms 1 villa) located on beautiful Contadora Island, Republic of Panama is seeking an experienced couple for onsite day to day operations.

Hospitality / tourism experience preferred. Currently living in Panama or spent time in Latin America a plus.

Ideal candidates are positive and out going; willing to help guests whenever and wherever. Well organized, detail oriented, superior communication and problem solving skills. Self motivated. “Can Do” attitude with the ability to over come daily obstacles and island living.

Position Requirements

• Basic Spanish / English
• Basic computer skills. Email, Quick Books software, Excel spreadsheet
• Must update and email daily reports to owners everyday
• Light maintenance / handyman / basic plumbing
• Mechanical skills a plus (golf carts)
• Light physical activity / lifting
• Clean and well groomed appearance
• Operate a stick shift truck
• 5 month commitment. One person must be on Contadora for length of commitment

Compensation Package

• $750 month Total. ($375 each person) + “walk in” reservation incentives
• 1 bedroom (11x12) 1 bath (shower water is room temp) 1 queen bed
• Access to outdoor cooking and kitchen area
• In room cable TV, AC, ceiling fan, small fridge and closet.
• Computer / WiFi internet access
• Daily breakfast
