Strong Cleaning/Housekeeping Backgroud & Hospitality Experience Required.

You can live and work in one of Denver’s Victorian Gems, just steps from parks, theatres and attractions! This is a physical role, great for fitness, with guest rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floors, plus basement laundry (no elevator). Innkeepers live in a newly renovated apartment on-site. Not appropriate for children or large pets.

We operate Sustainably and prioritize recycling & composting. Green thumb is a plus & a commitment to sustainability is important.

Local owners are hands-on and handle the business management, bookkeeping, Sales / Marketing, etc.

Innkeepers carry out the day to day operations and provide warm hospitality and a memorable escape for our guests in a renovated Victorian Mansion. Innkeeper responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Room turns/housekeeping/cleaning
• Laundry
• Daily Continental Breakfast & Grocery/Supplies Shopping
• Guest Relations + Reservation Management
• Inventory & Purchasing
• Helping to care for the property & garden (Interior & Exterior maintenance)

Our ideal candidate must:

• Have a strong background in Cleaning / Housekeeping & Hospitality
• Have a reliable vehicle & valid driver's license 
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Desire to uphold high standards & take pride in providing an extraordinary experience for guests.
• Be comfortable with technology & able to leverage the apps & smart systems we use in our property operations (Reservations System, Locks, Cameras, Guest Communications, OTAs, Social Media, etc.)
• Love working with people and always maintain a friendly and professional disposition when interacting with others.
• Work independently, take initiative, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team.
• Demonstrate & embrace a 'sustainability mindset'.
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be authorized to work in the US (we do not sponsor visas)
• Must pass a background check as a condition of employment.

Compensation Package:

• Salary based upon experience & qualifications
• Lodging plus utilities/internet/home office setup (private apartment on site)
• 2 weeks of paid time off.
• 12mo Bonus potential, Commission, Tips & Lodging Benefits
• 1-2 regular days off per week.

We are a 'no pets' hotel, although we may consider an exception if the right Innkeeper Couple has a small pet.
