Looking for a handyman couple to live in and operate a 10 room motel in Venice Fl.  

Cleaning of rooms, and daily maintenance plus check ins/outs etc is required for this job.  Salary plus free living quarters and all utilities. Training available to operate front desk/daily operations and daily maintenance required .  

This motel was currently bought and will remain open as the rooms (1-2 at a time) will be 100% remolded/decorated. Starting with living quarters (efficiency) for the operating managers.  Operating a small motel requires a lot of time on the property (live in and on property to take care of any issues that may arrise
