FEATURED JOB OPENING: Hacienda/Farm/Ranch Couple Wanted - Jalpa, Mexico

We have an immediate opening for a hard-working couple to join our team at our Hacienda in Jalpa, Mexico.  Purisima de Jalpa is a quaint full service retreat/hotel as well as a working organic vegetable farm about 20 minutes from San Miguel de Allende.  We are looking for a Farm Operations Manager and an Office Assistant for the Hacienda.

Farm Manager – must be a professional grower with 4+ years of senior management experience in organic farming or similar field.  Must be knowledgeable in machine operation/maintenance, farm management practices, and seed inventory/certification compliance.  Should be a self starter, highly organized, possess strong relationship building skills, and superior problem solving techniques. Must be bi-lingual and be able to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Office Assistant – must have strong computer proficiency and general accounting skills.  Must also possess high organizational skills and pay attention to details.   This position will be responsible for the office recordkeeping, personnel files, AP/AR, and general office duties assigned by the owner.
