FEATURED JOB OPENING: Groundskeeper / Housekeeper Couple - Western Oklahoma

Property in Western Oklahoma has opening for a couple, full-time groundskeeper / part-time housekeeper.

Groundskeeper duties entail; maintaining flower gardens, in-ground swimming pool, lawns, multiple lawn irrigation systems, wildlife feeders and fences all located on owner's private grounds. Also caring for trees, lawns and landscape at other properties owned by the ranch. General building maintenance and maintaining equipment pertaining to these duties. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning and daily maintenance of owner's residence. Weekly cleaning and maintenance of hunting lodge, ranch office and small guest house. Assist groundskeeper when necessary.

Both individuals must be, non-smoking, responsible, respectful and self motivated. Both must have a valid driver's license, and willing to submit to a drug test. Pay based on experience, position comes with housing/utilities. Work vehicle and tools provided. Must provide resume with work history,
