FEATURED JOB OPENING: Groundskeeper and Part Time Host - Republic, WA

We are a beautiful 33 space RV Park and 133 Mini Storage property looking for a full-time, year-round Groundskeeper and Part Time Office Host (1-2 days per week). We are located NE Washington surrounded by national parks, mountains, lakes that offer unlimited outdoor activities including biking, ATV, hunting, fishing, hiking, x-country skiing and more. We are looking for an experienced full time RV Park Groundskeeper and Part-Time Office Host to provide excellent customer service with a positive and upbeat attitude. You are self-motivated and enthusiastic and love interacting with our Camping and RV Park guests. Most importantly, you should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Maintenance Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)

• Maintaining beautiful park grounds to impeccable standards, including mowing, weed eating, and general overall appearance.
• Daily cleaning of restrooms, cookhouse and cabins as needed
• Propane fills
• Site Prep for incoming guests
• Some plumbing and electrical
• Maintain high standards in guest relations
• Ability to lift 40 pounds, walk throughout the park

Part Time Office Host:

• Promote a positive attitude to all guests from the beginning of their stay until the end
• Handle cash, check and credit card transactions
• Anserwing Phones, reservations and inquiries with the highest standards
• Computer proficient- Word, Excel, email. Will train on computer reservation system
• Restock and clean inventory on shelves, maintain clean office.
• Familiarize yourself with the areas many attractions and activities

Compensation:

• Couple should live in the park as free space rent is part of the compensation (a $385 value)
• Salary: $1000.00 per month

• Full Time flexible schedule- Maintennce/groundskeeper
• Part Time, one to two days a week- Office Host

Experience

• One to two years RV Park/Groundskeeping experiance (preferred)
• Some knowledge of RV's and RV lifestyle
• Retail Experience
• Proficient computer skills
