Family owned, private BRAND NEW 20 acre horse farm. Amenities include a newly built 8 stall barn with attached 72x144 covered arena. Located near the back of the property is a fully rennivated 2 bed 2 bath log cabin surrounded by woods and beautiful horse pastures. (No neighbors in sight!) We are looking for the perfect couple to reside in the cabin ($900+ value) with utilities included and possibly board for one horse in exchange for working the farm.

The ideal situation would be a quiet minded, hard working couple to split the duties. Handyman husband and the lady partner to split the farm work and maintain the housekeeping in the main home. (5 bed 6 bath)

Duties include but not limited to: maintaining pastures; weed,fertilizer, bushhog regularlly. Occasional fence maintenance and repair. Stable keeping - 5 days a week (2 days off except for when owners are traveling) AM & PM feedings, Turnout, mucking stalls, hay nets, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning. Need not to apply if you don't live for clean.

Duties allow one or both to have a job outside of the farm. Currently only home to 3 horses and will be no more than 6. Additional income opportunities available if open to assist in helping owner with larger sized projects such as building run-in sheds and etc.

Couple must be well grounded, responsible, knowledgable, trustworthy, friendly and above all, dependable. This farm is our dream and we wish to find someone who cherishes as much of not more than we do. Friendly dogs welcome. Gardening experience a plus. Opportunity to have your own chicken flock if interested. This is a newly built farm and the to-do list is a mile long. We are calling out for help ... Good help.
