Ready to work amongst the beautiful Tennessee waterfalls, caves, and bountiful wildlife? Horizon Outdoor Hospitality is seeking a guest-oriented General Manager(s) for The Broken Banjo, located halfway between Nashville and Chattanooga in the middle of the Secret Smokies.

Applicants should possess a can-do mentality with the willingness to go the extra mile for their team and their guests. Horizon Outdoor Hospitality provides staff members with guidance and support to ensure the resort exceeds expectations. Previous RV Resort management experience is required. Applicants should feel comfortable working with a budget, have retail sales experience, possess a knowledge of basic campground infrastructure, strength in building and leading a team, and strive to provide world-class hospitality and experiences to our guests.

Compensation depends on experience, but includes a competitive salary (paid for all hours worked), a complimentary RV site (utilities & WiFi included) as well as benefits and matching 401(k).
