General Manager of Operations Harborlight Guest House - Cape Carteret, NC Ideal for working couple, live-in is a requirement of this 1-2 year position but when you see this place that won't be a difficult part of the decision. Ideally this would be a couples team desiring to work together in running this magnificent 7-room, 7000+sq ft, waterfront bed and breakfast inn in coastal NC.

Duties include executing or directing the execution of all aspects of daily inn operations including, but not limited to all marketing and sales activity, managing the reservations and hosting of guests, preparation of the daily breakfast meal which is served to guests in their individual rooms/suites, all in-room and common area housekeeping (with daily assistance from staff), upkeep of the lawn and gardens on the 1.25 acre lot with 510' of waterfront and small maintenance and repair items. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years experience in managing a similar sized property. Candidate must be ultra service oriented, friendly, and desirous of delivering a memorable experience to our guests and be trustworthy, reliable, dependable and willing to work hard.
