FEATURED JOB OPENING: Farm Market Stand Couples - Grandy, NC

Overview:

This seasonal position (April – Nov) is for couples to work at a farm/produce market in Grandy, NC.

 Responsibilities:

• Unloading produce from an 18-wheeled tractor-trailer truck.
• Stocking of fruits/vegetables/products on display stands.
• Customer service – help with sales.
• Run a cash register.
• General market work.
• Driving vehicle on worksite as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Able to work productively with little supervision.
• Valid Driver's License to perform essential job responsibilities.
• Able to perform simple math.
• Mature-minded.
• Good work ethic.
• Friendly personality.

Outdoors/indoors, incumbents will be exposed to summer temperatures. Bending, crawling, crouching, and climbing ladders may be required. Incumbents may be required to lift, push, and/or pull objects up to 50 pounds and be required to stand for long periods of time.
