Best Case Farm is seeking an energetic Farm Management Couple to manage this working farm and recreational property, cultivating the essence of the southern lifestyle.  Located in southeastern Pendleton County Kentucky, this scenic farm serves as the owner’s personal retreat with a focused emphasis on:

Responsibilities include hospitality (culture, meals, gardening and housekeeping), staff management (full time and seasonal personnel, training and vendor development), farm and facility maintenance (field, fence, roads and buildings, barns, hunting blinds and dams), farm enhancement (QDM, lake, history and tradition), wildlife management (soil and fields, water quality, forestry management, federal programs and hunting management) and budget management (financial budgeting and management).
