What You’ll Do:

As a Family Teaching Couple, you’ll live on-site in a CCO duplex and provide care and teaching for 3 adults with developmental disabilities. You’ll create a family-style home environment while helping individuals learn daily living skills, explore their community, and live purposeful, fulfilling lives.

You’ll also:

Be role models and create enriching experiences at home and in the community.

Oversee and train staff, ensuring high-quality care.

Work closely with CCO’s clinical team and families.

Support independence, social engagement, and community involvement.

What We’re Looking For:

A committed couple (1+ year relationship) ready to work and live together

At least 6 months of caregiving or disability-related experience

21+ years of age, valid CA driver’s license, HS diploma or equivalent

Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
