We are seeking an EXPERIENCED self-storage team to manage a nice 750 unit self-storage facility in Kirkland, WA to work for a private owner. SiteLink software experience a major plus, lovely 2bed, 1ba with balcony apartment, plus 2 car garage for personal use, TOP wages, medical, per lease bonus, inventory sales bonus, SkilCheck shopping bonus plus overage bonus from last years income of 15%.
We want TOP management teams, we pay very well for the industry, give the managers authority to manage the facility, we treat our managers with respect and give them the tools to do the job with full support! We will consider pets as well. The current management team is only leaving due to illness. We are needing someone by the 14th of February 2024.
