FEATURED JOB OPENING: Estate Manager for Vacation Home in Puerto Rico

Hard working, intelligent, honest and resourceful couple to be property managers for our home in Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico.  We seek an early retirement couple to live in our home and provide maintenance including: supervision of workmen and home improvement projects, upkeep of exterior and interior of home, maintenance of cars and golf carts, shopping for supplies, and light cleaning/housekeeping.  This couple should be extremely neat and organized, honest, efficient, resourceful, patient, and intelligent.  This is a full time position with expectations of a three to five year tenure.  Private living quarters provided.  Some Spanish is helpful but not necessary.  This is our vacation home and we are there once a month and all holidays.  No pets and no smoking.  We are not looking for estate managers who have gone from job to job and have done this all their adult lives or artists/nature lovers who want to live rent free to pursue their personal interests.  We want hard working, solid citizens, who take pride in their work ethic and can function well independently.  Please email us your resumes and a cover letter.
