Couple wanted to care for interior and exterior of small estate. Must have drivers license and knowledge of maintenance of fine materials. Also knowledge of upkeep of exterior of home and grounds, including supervision of landscaping, lawn service, pool service, pest control and other maintenance contractors.   Laundry, ironing, errands and general cleaning are part of the daily routine. Cooking skills are a plus. Spanish a plus.

Experience and references are required. Two bed two bath guest house is available for live in couple.
