We are looking for a hardworking, honest couple with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail to assume the full-time management of our top rated 10 room inn in Santa Cruz, CA.
This year-round, live-in position requires the dedication and motivation to create a memorable experience for our guests while balancing the needs of the business and effectively communicating with owners.
Job requirements include front desk (guest check-in/checkout, issue resolution etc. Minor guest room maintenance eg changing lightbulbs, spot cleaning carpets, unclogging drains etc. Breakfast preparation and serving, some grounds work, staff hiring and supervision. Job does not require daily housekeeping, laundry or any major maintenance work.
